Please contact us before mailing a return. We will confirm the appropriate return address and provide shipping instructions.

Select your jewelry, review its description, size and specifications, and provide accurate contact and delivery information at checkout.

Before submitting your order, review the selected items, quantities, payment currency, delivery charges and total amount payable. You must have the legal capacity to make the purchase or the authorization required by applicable law.

If you notice an error in your order or address, contact us promptly. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.

If an item is unavailable or a material pricing or description error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue. We will not substitute a materially different item or charge a higher price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill the order, we will cancel the affected part and refund the corresponding payment.

Product descriptions identify the materials, dimensions and other relevant characteristics of each item. Please check the stated measurements before ordering.

Natural stones may vary in color, pattern and inclusions. Handmade jewelry may also have minor variations consistent with its description. Screen settings can affect how colors appear.

These variations do not excuse defects, inaccurate material descriptions or a material difference between the item supplied and the item described.

Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website. The payment currency and total amount charged by us are shown before payment, including delivery charges and any taxes collected by us.

Available payment methods are Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed through WayForPay.

Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion rates or fees. These are separate from charges made by LeBijou.

Orders are shipped internationally from Ukraine. Where import duties, taxes or carrier clearance charges apply, whether they are included in the purchase price or payable separately must be disclosed before you place your order. We do not promise duty-free delivery unless this is expressly stated for your order.

Orders are dispatched within 0–2 days after a completed paid order is received, unless a different dispatch timeframe is clearly stated before purchase.

Estimated delivery time is 12–21 days after dispatch. This is a transit estimate, separate from order preparation and dispatch time.

Actual delivery may be affected by customs processing, carrier operations or other delays. If your parcel has not arrived, contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Carrier or customs delays do not remove any cancellation, refund or other rights you have under applicable law.

You may cancel an order before dispatch by contacting us. We will refund the payment for the cancelled, unshipped order. After dispatch, the return procedure applies.

If we cannot dispatch within the promised timeframe, we will notify you before that timeframe expires, provide a revised dispatch date or explain if one is not yet available, and offer the choice of accepting the delay or cancelling for a full refund.

If you do not agree to wait, or we cannot fulfill the order, we will cancel the unshipped order and refund the amount paid, including the associated delivery charges.

Refunds required under applicable U.S. mail and internet order rules will be issued within the required deadline, generally 7 working days after cancellation for payments processed by a third-party payment provider.

You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days after delivery. The item must be unworn, unused, unaltered and in its original condition.

Returns are sent to Ukraine. The customer pays return shipping for a change-of-mind return. Any original delivery charge is not refundable in that situation, except where required by law. We do not charge a restocking fee.

For an eligible return, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 7 business days after receiving the returned item, or sooner if required by law. Your bank may need additional time to display the credit.

The full procedure and conditions are set out in Warranty & Returns , which forms part of these Terms. Change-of-mind return conditions do not limit rights concerning defective or incorrect items.

If an item arrives damaged, is defective, is incorrect or differs materially from its description, contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, consistent with your legal rights. For a verified defect, transit damage or an incorrect item sent by us, we will arrange or reimburse reasonable necessary return shipping costs.

We do not offer a separate fixed-term commercial warranty under these Terms. This does not exclude or limit any express warranties, implied warranties or other protections that apply by law.

The 30-day change-of-mind return period does not shorten any applicable period for a defect, warranty or other legal claim.

We may contact you using the details provided with your order to discuss payment, fulfillment, delivery, returns or other order-related matters. Please retain your order confirmation and payment records.

Personal information is handled as described in our separate Privacy Policy. Placing an order does not by itself constitute consent to receive marketing messages.

We may update these Terms for future orders. Updates will not retrospectively change the terms of an existing order. The version in effect when you placed your order applies to that order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Applicable consumer protections may vary by state and by the circumstances of the sale.

If you have a concern, please contact lebijou.com.ua@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it. Contacting us does not prevent you from exercising payment dispute rights, contacting a consumer protection authority or pursuing any other remedy available under applicable law.

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will not affect the remaining provisions to the extent they can lawfully continue to apply. Mandatory legal protections take precedence over any conflicting provision.
