You may use the website to browse products, place orders, and access the services we offer. Please provide accurate contact and delivery information when making a purchase.

To place an order, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement or act with appropriate authorization from a parent or guardian.

You must not use the website for fraud, unlawful activities, unauthorized access, or actions that interfere with its operation or security.

If you create an account, keep your login details confidential and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Please review the product description, materials, measurements, and available options before ordering. Contact us if you need help choosing a size or understanding a product's characteristics.

Natural stones may vary in shade, pattern, texture, and inclusions. Handmade items may also have minor individual differences consistent with their description.

Product colors may appear differently depending on lighting and your screen settings. These variations do not excuse a material mismatch with the product description, an incorrect item, or a defect.

Before submitting your order, check the selected products, quantities, delivery address, payment method, and total amount.

If an item becomes unavailable or we identify an error affecting your order, we will contact you. We will not substitute a different product or charge a higher price without your agreement.

If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled order.

Prices are displayed in the selected currency. Review the currency, product prices, shipping charges, discounts, and total shown at checkout before paying.

Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion rate or transaction fees. These charges are determined by that provider.

Where import duties, taxes, or carrier clearance charges apply, whether they are included in the checkout total or payable separately must be disclosed before purchase. International delivery does not imply that an order is duty-free.

Orders are shipped from Ukraine using standard international delivery. Orders are normally dispatched within 0–2 days after payment, provided that we have the information needed to fulfill the order.

Estimated delivery time is 12–21 days after dispatch. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Customs processing and carrier disruptions may affect delivery.

If we cannot dispatch your order within the stated period, we will notify you and offer the choice to agree to a revised shipment date or cancel for a full refund of the unshipped order. We will not assume that you agree to an indefinite delay.

If your order does not arrive or appears to have been damaged during delivery, contact us so that we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. A carrier delay does not remove your applicable consumer rights.

To request a cancellation or change, email lebijou.com.ua@gmail.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

If your order has not been dispatched, we will process your cancellation or confirm whether the requested change can be made. Refunds for cancelled, unshipped orders will be issued promptly within the applicable legal deadline.

If the order has already been dispatched, please follow the return process described on our Warranty and Returns page.

You may request a return of a non-defective item within 30 calendar days after receiving it. Items returned because you changed your mind must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging and included accessories.

Returns are accepted in Ukraine. Contact us before sending an item so that we can provide the appropriate return address and instructions.

For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless required by applicable law. We do not charge a restocking fee.

After receiving and promptly inspecting an eligible return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 7 business days, or sooner where required by law. Your payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

The full return procedure is described on our Warranty and Returns page. The 30-day change-of-mind period does not limit rights relating to defective or incorrectly supplied goods under applicable law.

Contact us if an item is defective, arrives damaged, or differs from what you ordered. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where reasonably helpful.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable law. For a verified defect, delivery damage, or order error, we will cover reasonable and necessary return shipping costs.

We do not offer an additional voluntary warranty for a fixed period unless expressly stated for a particular product. This does not exclude applicable implied warranties or other mandatory consumer rights.

Website text, photographs, graphics, and branding belong to LeBijou or their respective rights holders. Any use must respect applicable intellectual property rights.

Where available, virtual try-on provides an AI-generated illustration of how jewelry may look. It does not guarantee exact fit, scale, color, or appearance. Refer to the product description and measurements when choosing an item.

Upload only photos that you have permission to use. Information about the processing of uploaded photos is provided in our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed when you use the website and related services.

Payments, delivery, maps, and other features may involve third-party providers. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply to the services they provide.

Links to external websites do not mean that LeBijou controls their content or practices. The involvement of a third-party provider does not remove our responsibilities to you under applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights, warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your rights may vary depending on your location.

If you have a concern about an order or these Terms, please contact us so that we can try to resolve it. Contacting us does not prevent you from using other remedies available under applicable law.

We may update these Terms for future purchases and website use. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Changes do not retroactively alter an existing order without your agreement or another lawful basis.
